Universe

Two shapes in the night intertwine, but one has taken over

The better of the two not featured in light verse

And that’s the mystery of this stardust universe collecting no emotions

Erupting tides in a grown ocean

But it couldn’t be worse

No deal is made but shallow slight of hand and,

I could cry a million tears in the night

Sprinkled like stardust,

All has fallen and I unwind in

These shapes intertwined

Shadows lance but not even a slower dance

Slow down, come back,

Come down to be found in

A spark of rage in the night

and I’ve fallen,

I’ve fallen,

I’ve fallen

I’m up and I’m down,

Blue waves crash- and that’s the speed of sound

Ricochet like a spark of rage in the night to keep to myself

The heart is a line of life,

The breath of that colder kind of night

Because it’s crazy when these stars align

Some kind of crazy,

I just have to keep in mind

Two shapes in the night intertwine

But one has taken over

Colors splash

And I have cleared my eyes

Of the world and all it’s wonders

Oh, the universe,

And on I ponder, too
